  • Installation dates and timelines may vary based on access and infrastructure readiness.

  • Standard installations include limited cabling; extra work may incur additional charges.

  • Equipment supplied remains WiNetix property unless otherwise stated.


2. Use of Services

  • WiNetix internet services are for lawful, personal, or business use only.

  • Customers may not resell or misuse the connection for illegal or harmful purposes.

  • WiNetix reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for misuse or non-payment.


3. Payments

  • All payments must be made on or before the due date stated on the invoice.

  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

  • Installation fees, monthly subscriptions, and other charges are non-refundable once service is active.


4. Equipment & Ownership

  • WiNetix may provide routers or modems for installation.

  • Customers are responsible for keeping all equipment safe and in good condition.

  • Damaged or lost equipment may be charged to the customer.


5. Network Performance

  • Speeds may vary based on network usage, distance, and external factors.

  • WiNetix will strive to maintain consistent connectivity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

  • Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause brief downtime.


6. Privacy

  • WiNetix respects your privacy and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Personal data collected is used only for service delivery and communication.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.


7. Liability

  • WiNetix is not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruption caused by service interruptions, technical faults, or external network issues.

  • Use of WiNetix services and this website is at your own risk.
